Elbahaa Artistic Association, from the city of Bou Saada, M’Sila Province, was founded on 10/05/2003 under number: 98, and is compliant with law 06-12 under the number 15, dated to 12/12/2013. The association works towards achieving goals that are of artistic, cultural, and social nature, shown as follows:

1. Promoting artistic and cultural tourism.

2. Holding national and religious events, special events, festivals, and exhibitions.

3. Elevating the general artistic taste of listeners, and working on discovering, amassing, and directing artistic talents.

4. Founding Elbahac Cultural Association

5. Producing acoustic visual works that serve the association’s goals.

6. Cultural exchange and cooperation with other associations and bodies that meet the same goals.
