Gulzar Ahmad Ganaie is an Indian Sufi singer. He has been awarded many prestigious awards including the J&K Academy of Art Culture & Languages. He enjoys 45 years of rich experience in Sufi music. He is the recipient of many certificates of appreciation including the Govt. of India All India Radio Shimla, among others.

Praying unto an open Sky,
Where the East is nourishing the soul at dawn
And the West is fulfilling the senses at dusk
Continuing to pray until the whole universe opens its arms to behold my voice and hear my prayers:
Open up Great Earth
And behold you trees
The whispers of the fluttering leaves
For I am humming a tune of worship and praise
