Neveen Khaphagy is an Egyptian artist, born in Alexandria. she holds a bachelor degree from the faculty of Fine Arts, sculpture department (2005) as well as both a master degree (2012) and a PHD (2020) from Alexandria university. she is currently work as lecturer in sculpture department. Neveen began her journey with Egyptian art movement Through participation at the local events in Alexandria and Cairo from 2002. She pursued both her academic and artistic career. And each of them had a great impact in each other and in her sculpture. That experience began with her Master in Searching of "Coloring treatments of Bronze sculptures", and then PhD in "Coloristic combination and its effect on small bronzes", 2020. She focusses on producing small bronze sculptures that represent figures (simplified and abstract) with high level of technical knowledge of the material (bronze)and aesthetic aspects of surface treatments.
